Auntie B's Chiffon Cake
We make an exceptionally light chiffon cake. Our cake is made from scratch and involves hand folding the batter into whipped egg whites, a practice that has been abandoned by many bakers in favor of chemical and formula recipes. We use only fresh ingredients, and our cakes are made daily.

Carrot Cake
A heavy, old fashion carrot cake made with pineapple, hint of clove and cinnamon, and lots of fresh, organic grated carrots. Topped with a rich cream cheese icing.

Auntie B's Custard and Chocolate Mousse
These fillings are the real thing! Based on custard recipes that are hundreds of years old, we make our custard using only fresh ingredients, and we cook by hand in a large copper kettle. Chocolate mousse is a custard base with fine Guittard Dutch Chocolate and real whip cream.
